• We will replace dirty filters. This ensures that the air quality remains clean and by having a clean air filter, it will help your air conditioning unit run smoothly.

• We will clean the indoor and outdoor coils. By doing this, it will help in preventing emergency maintenance during the hot days in Florida. At this time, we will also check for damage to the coils.

• We will check the thermostats to ensure the system is running properly and displaying the correct temperature.
